Resource Partner network
We refer Manatee families to local services. We do not hand out a directory and wish anyone luck — the Hub makes the call, records what you said, and tells the family. No cold enquiries from people who found you on a list.

What registration asks
Choosing transportation opens transportation questions. Choosing Medicaid asks which programs. You never see the parts that do not apply to you.
Which counties and areas you cover — down to Bradenton, Palmetto, Myakka City and the rest. Coverage is a hard constraint in matching, not a preference.
Chosen from a list rather than typed as free text, so a navigator searching at speed actually finds you.
Whether you routinely serve people with dementia, and whether your staff are trained for it.
Medicaid, Medicare, private pay, sliding scale, free. Stated plainly so nobody is sent somewhere they cannot afford.
The one we are asked about most
Because it decides whether a referral works. Someone who cannot complete a form independently, or who arrives without the paperwork, needs a provider who can work with that. We would rather know before we send anyone to you — a referral that fails costs the family more than never having been made.
After you apply
Every listing is approval-gated. The Hub does not author your content, but it does stand behind it.
You will hear either way, with a reason. Not a silent queue.
Your listing, managed by you rather than by us.
Flag one and it takes effect at once — no approval, because stale availability is worse than none.
A short delay, and the reason families can trust what they are told.
If that lapses we stop referring. An out-of-date listing sends a family to the wrong place at the worst moment.
